This Dragon Boat Festival is a Punta Gorda Community event! All you need to participate are 21 coworkers, good friends or fellow students. Dragon boating is a team sport,
20 people paddle the 40' long dragon boat 350 meters (in approximately 2 minutes!) to a fast and furious finish. It is fun and rewarding. Included in your entry fee are two practices, each of one hour length in the week before the race. Then on Saturday you are ready to compete.
